Target today (Saturday)...their Halloween was marked down to 75 percent off! I scored a ton of candy. I did 4 transactions...Purchased a total of $487.43 items. After coupons and rolling my gift cards...I paid $42.67 out of pocket and got back 2 $5 target gift cards!!!! $32.67 for everything! I saved $444.76!!!!!
seriously? this is why the shelves are cleared when someone like me goes to the store to try to get a few good deals and there is nothing left. I hope you are donating that stuff.
ReplyDelete@anynymous Whyare you angry that she beat you to the store. It is not a shoppers responsibility to leave merchandise for the next shopper. We all have times when we can catch deals and times when miss out. Why does she have to donate her products to justify spending her own money. Get real!!!

If you dont like seeing what ppl are able to achieve in the store stop reading their blogs!! In fact unsubscribe. Others here dont want to see your negativity!! Okay...enough already! To the first Anonymous.... I don't have to defend myself...but I am going to! Every week, I purchase my coupons, in large quantities, just like you could. I take the time to clip and organize, just like you could. I spent my valuable time on a stupid computer to find the best deals, just like you could. And because I am a single mom of a five year old, I spend some of my time taking him to the store with me so that I can get the best deals and save money. I purchased all of my candles(and sprays to go with them!) over a period of about 6 trips to my local Target. Seems like you weren't there at ANY point in time, because there were always some there when I went, and always some there when I left. And just to let you know...whenever possible...I ALWAYS try to have the managers special order items when I want to buy in bulk so that I DO NOT clear the shelves! What am I going to do with my 144 candles? lol...I am going to make gift baskets for Christmas and stuff them with all of my goodies!!! And yes...I did just donate a part of my stash to my local Battered Womens Shelter. And just to let you know what I am going to do with my 60 bags of candy(tootsie rolls, starburst, suckers)....they have a shelf live through next September, and since I am a Veteran, my son and I walk in the 4th of July Parade. So I saved a crap load of money on candy that we will be passing out to all of the great families that show up for us! We not only post to show our great savings, but also so everyone can see what kind of deals are out there! So...if you want the deals...get out there and get them!
