Giant Eagle Trip 7/22

I really wish Giant Eagle would start having better deals. I mean, they really aren't like what they used to be. This is all I went for... a whole lot of Viva!

Here's the deal:

Buy Viva Single Roll Towels Between 7/15-8/7/11 and save up to $2.50

Buy (2) get $1.00
Buy (3) get $1.50
Buy (4) or more get $2.50

All items must be purchased in one transaction. 

So here's what I did :)

I called ahead to the lovely ladies at Brunswick Giant Eagle. I ordered 40 single rolls of Viva paper towels. They called to tell me my Viva came in and I drove up there! Now, there was a mix up and my order was delayed, but they did give me a $5 Gift Card for the inconvenience. 

I did 10 transactions with 4 rolls in each. 

Each Viva was $2.00

Used $0.85 off 1 roll of Viva paper towels.

When Giant Eagle doubled that coupon, it made the rolls only $0.30 each

With 4 in each transaction, my total (with tax) was $1.50

So after all 10 transactions, the $5 Gift Card and all my coupons..

I paid $10.00 out of pocket and received 10 - $2.50 coupons good for my next shopping trip.

Oh yeah... have I mentioned I am still in Ohio. It's going to be the most uncomfortable ride home trying to get everything I bought (and brought) in the car back to PA. Ha! Oh boy...
