If you are lucky enough to have a Panera Bread location that is offering My Panera cards, you can actually earn a free treat! All you have to do is log in and register your card to get your free treat. If you would like, you can even apply to get a card on line and they’ll send it to you (so you can still get the free pastry or sweet).
