Dear "Anonymous" I have 5 people in my family. I make double layered cakes for each person, including myself for birthdays. So there are 10 boxes down, 10 to go. Halloween, Christmas, Valentines Day, St Patty's Day, 4th of july, Mother's Day and Father's Day... Oh not to mention today, Sweetest Day... Cupcakes for ever occasion! I could also make my own cake pops instead of buying them (like I showed in my post). With the expiration date on Jan 2013, I have a good year+ to use them. I can also make treats for my children's school for their classroom parties. I'm POSITIVE they will be used and enjoyed by my family, friends and neighbors WELL before they "go bad".
What do you need 20 boxes of cake mix for? They will most likely go bad before you can use them!
