One of my New Year’s goals for 2012 is to lose some weight by July, so when I was offered the opportunity to review the BodyMind weight loss hypnosis mp3s I was really excited. This set of three 10 minute sessions is designed to retrain your brain, using autosuggestion techniques.
During week 1, you listen to the Eat Healthy mp3 everyday. During week 2, you listen to the Fitness Motivation mp3 everyday and to the Eat Healthy mp3 once. During week 3, you listen to the Naturally Slim mp3 everyday and the Eat Healthy and Fitness Motivation mp3s once each. Week 4 and beyond is designed as a maintenance routine. You listen to each of the 3 mp3s once a week.
Does it work? I haven't used it long enough to see any results. That doesn’t mean it won’t work, just that I haven’t used it long enough to say with any certainty that it does or doesn’t work. I will continue to use these MP3's and post my results as they come available.
