Have you ever been into a public restroom, lined the toilet with the tissue-paper covers, then sat down only to discover that your protection didn't work as well as you'd hoped? Isn't that a HUGE difference from the liners that they give to you in the bathroom? The side panels extend down over the edges so that if a child is holding onto the edges of the seat for balance, their hands are protected too!
