I am sharing this Giveaway of Dairy-Free Ice Cream that is authored by Kelly V. Brozyna with you. Kelly can be found over at The Spunky Coconut. I know how hard it is to find recipes for Dairy-Free Ice Cream and if you eat Dairy-Free this is a fantastic book with 75 great recipes not only for ice cream, but for sherbet, sorbet, toppings, cookies, cakes and more. Plus you will find paleo recipes too over at The Spunky Coconut.

A few recipes in the Dairy-Free Ice Cream can be made with a VitaMix or Blendtec, but the majority of the recipes require an ice cream maker. Colleen over at My Dairy-Free Gluten-Free Life reviewed this book and made 5 of the 75 recipes.
