I was given he opportunity to review the Idahoan Signature Russets mashed potatoes free from Influenster. These potatoes were so easy to make, I couldn't believe it.
I usually make potatoes from scratch but that really does take awhile to make. From, washing, peeling, cutting and then boiling... I needed a quick alternative way.
These potatoes require you to boil water, add milk and stir in the potatoes. You can't get any easier then that. The taste of the potatoes were amazing. My kids wanted seconds. We are a family of 5 and we had plenty for each of us with one scoop. My boys even went back for more.
We highly recommend these potatoes and would love to see what you think of them. Next time you are at the store, pick up a pack and let me know what you think.
