Home Chef - Perfectly Portioned

Ahhhh! Guess what was waiting for me by the front door today? My Home Chef meals came in and I couldn't wait to see what was inside!

I brought this box inside and set it on my stove. Hmmm, not sure why my burners look like they are on, but I promise you they are off! LOL, just check out the knobs - they are all in the off position!

Now it was time to start dinner. I took out the bag of ingredients and took a look at what was in the bag. 

The only thing that worried me was the one potato. There was no way that would feed both of us (husband & myself). So I went to the pantry and pulled out another one, to be on the safe side. 

I cut up the potatoes like they described!
