Rumor had it that the Chuggington DVDs were on an unadvertised sale for just $4.99 at Best Buy. Note that these DVDs will most likely not be marked (may show a $9.99 sticker – like pic above), so make sure to price check. I picked up 2 different movies and only this one was on sale for $4.99. Here's what I did...
