My Saturday SCORE!

Ok, so on my way home from the Lowes Build & Grow Clinic, I spot this little garage sale. I did the normal "drive by" and tried to scour over what was there and something made me turn around. As I pull into the driveway, I am not seeing much. I starting thinking about why I turned around and then this lady greeted me and said WELCOME! I engaged in conversation with her and she asked me what I was looking for. Hahaha, I love when people ask me that :) I respond, "Well, I am not really looking for anything. It's when I see something I then say... OH, I need this!!" She laughed and then asked if she had any boys clothes or little girl clothes and he face light up. Now I'm thinking, boy am I glad I stopped!!

She pulled this hug garbage bag of clothes out of the garage, opened a tarp and dumped them out. She said no one was looking at them so she was about to get rid of them. I was shocked to see such great clothes. GAP, Old Navy, Tommy... She said whatever you can fit into a plastic shopping bag can be yours for $1 a bag. WOW... I can do that, LOL. So I started looking... and then bagging.

She had a box of books that were marked FREE so... yeah, I got them. I love reading to my kids. We always take an adventure when we read!

The skates were $1, the black coat was $1 and the rest fit into 3 plastic shopping bags! Tommy swim trunks, Old Navy school pants, school shorts, uniforms, NIKE shirt, GAP & POLO sweaters...

I was so glad I stopped!!
